ANGELA: 

Large, glossy black fruit  Firm, dark red flesh. 

Good flavor.  Vigorous, heavy producer.  Ripens mid July. 

Good crack resistance, late bloomer Pollinate with any

other cherry on this list. 

BING: 

Large, heart-shaped dark reddish  purple skin.  Firm and

meaty fruit with purple flecks.  Ripens mid June to

early July.  Somewhat susceptible to cracking.  Pollinate

with any other cherry on this list. 

EARLY BURLAT:

Large red to purplish red fruit.  Excellent flavor.  Medium

firm flesh.  Strong growing tree with moderate upright growth.

Ripens late May to early June.  Good pollinator.  Pollinate with

any other cherry on this list. 

LAPINS: 

Large, firm, black fruit with rich flavor. Crack resistant.  Heavy

producer. Ripens late July.  Self-fertile. Good pollinator for

other sweet cherries 

MONTMORENCY: 

The standard for pie cherries. Great for freezing and canning.

Medium large, bright red fruit with firm yellow flesh. Tart, tangy flavor.

Ripens late June.  Self-fertile,  good pollinator for other cherries. 

RAINIER:   

Large yellow fruit with a red blush. Fruit is firm and sweet.

Vigorous, upright, spreading tree. Very productive.  Crack resistant.

Ripens mid-season.  Pollinate with any other cherry on this list. 

SAM: 

Large, jet-black fruit.  Firm, heart-shaped, good quality.  Resistant

to cracking.  Developed in B.C. Late bloomer.  Ripens early season.

SUREFIRE:   

Fire engine red skin and flesh.  High sugar content, ok for

fresh eating.  Large, crack resistant crops.  Sour cherry,

late flowering. Ripens late June early July.  Self-fertile,

good pollinator for other cherries.
